I help women who are at war with their body and overwhelmed by life to reclaim their freedom and vitality.

I know what it’s like to feel uncomfortable in your skin. Disconnected from your Inner Knowing and lost in a sea of mixed messages and head chatter.

Second guessing yourself and your body and feeling at the mercy of your hormones.

I also understand the guilt and anxiety that comes with the physical symptoms. Feeling like it’s something you’re doing wrong, that you’re not doing enough.

Stuck in the vicious cycle of trying to “fix” yourself, only to end up more exhausted and frustrated.

I’ve been there.

I also know this doesn’t have to be your reality anymore.
